Delivery

Rack World Systems ships across Australia on a daily basis and offer several delivery options according to customer's requirements. The standard hours of these services are between Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm local time. Optional delivery outside these hours is available at an additional charge.

Local Delivery

Rack World Systems offer a next day delivery service on standard stock items within a 40KM radius from Melbourne, Victoria. We may opt to use our own internal vehicles or ship via one of our local freight forwarders. Orders received after 2pm local time will be shipped the next day subject to stock availability.

Interstate Delivery

RWS offers several choices of interstate delivery services via its freight forwarder. We highly recommend opting for the two man service due to OH&S regulations, where a minimum of two men are required to deliver under one of the options below.

• Standard Delivery to a Loading Dock
• Tailgate Delivery to a ground level only.
• Deliveries onto site only via Lift with or without unpack service.
• Delivery onto site via Stairs with Unpack Service and removal of rubbish.
• Un-packaging service with Delivery onto Site and removal of rubbish.

Export Delivery

RWS offers special packaging for export customers and may be fumigated to International standards according to country of destination.

• Flat Packaging for flat pack cabinets upon request
• Full size wooden crate for fully assembled cabinets

Deliveries above Ground Floor

Orders under 50kg - Can be booked under a Standard Service for deliveries to any floor via stairs or lift. Items that fall under this service include Accessories, LCDs, Wall Mount Cabinets, Blackboxes etc.

Orders over 50kg - Must be booked under a Premium 2 Man Service for deliveries above ground floor via stairs or lift. Items that fall under this service include all Free Standing Cabinets taller or equal to 18RU.

Delivery Time Frames

The delivery time frames quoted below are estimates only and may vary from depot to depot of our freight forwarder across Australia.

Please note:
Melbourne: Next day delivery for orders received before 2pm local time.
Adelaide: Departs every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Perth: Departs every Friday
Outside Capital City: Please allow an extra 1 or 2 days if your location is outside the 40km radius of your nearest capital city.
