Please be advised that Rack World Systems, being involved in the supply, wholesale, distribution and sale of goods and services required for operation of permitted work sites under Stage 4 Restrictions will continue to operate under a COVID Safe Plan.
As a manufacturing partner and supplier to a number of Telecommunications Infrastructure and Goods & Material necessary for or related to supporting Defence, Health and Security Industries, we will continue to operate and supply to these industry sectors.
Our office staff have been set up for remote work since 2015 and have the capability to provide you with the sales and support required to ensure a smooth transition from Quote to Order to Delivery. The warehouse team will continue to operate with a skeleton staff Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:PM.
Please be aware that due to these restrictions, order processing lead times may be slightly longer than usual.
Deliveries – The tighter restrictions will mean some delays to all freight movements in and out of Melbourne. We are constantly monitoring these through our up to date live systems with our transport partners.
Pick ups. – Our preference is that orders are delivered but if you need to collect, then this can be achieved via a pre-booked appointment.
Our team members are working hard to ensure that we are here to fully support you and will continue to review our stock and logistics capacity to help minimise any disruptions to your business.
