Designed and Manufactured in Australia for wire and server management applications, the 005 cabinet has
demonstrated its versatility by becoming Rack World Systems most popular range.
Flexibility is the key feature with this, enabling the customer to integrate and design their exact needs. It can be configured as a 4 post Open Server Rack or enclosed as a secured Server Cabinet for additional security.

Supplied fully assembled with following components. All Open Racks or Configured Cabinets are supplied with a Vented Roof, Built in Plinth with open base and are delivered fully assembled. Flat pack options are available upon request.

- Fully customisable cabinet to allow Rack World Systems customers to design a 4 Post Open Rack or Enclosed Server Cabinet to their exact requirements. Ensuring the customer receives only the items they require with no additional unecssary parts for their application.
- Accepts two Types of 19" mounting angles and adjustable front to rear. Conforms to IEC 60297 and AS 1939 standards for 19" racking.
- The frame is constructed from zinc seal phospated steel and is finished in black powder coat. Panels are constructed from zinc seal phosphated steel can be finished in our choice of 6 colours at no additional charge; Black Ripple, Charcoal Grey Ripple, APO Grey Ripple, Gypse Beige Ripple, IBM Blue Ripple, Light Grey Ripple.
- Built in plinth with holes in the base to allow bolting to the floor.
- Removable bottom trims at front and rear of built in plinth, to allow cable access when throught the floor entry is not available.
- Leveling feet brackets for retro fit of levelling feet.
- Grille top panel with removable gland plate for cable access. This top panel is integrated into the frame and choice of 2, 4, or 6 fans for heat dissipation. Fans can be fitted with optional thermostats.
- Side panels may be omitted when cabinets are to be bayed up. To assist between racks, ports in the side of the base frame are exposed when the side panels are removed.
- Rear Flush panels instead of doors can be specified.
- Continuity of design ensures our comprehensive range of accessories are compatiable with this series and wherever this does not occur equivalent components have been developed.
- Fully scalable from a single network rack to multiple racks or cabinets by using the RWS bay up Kits for single continuity.
